What is DESIGN U?

I developed DESIGN U Life Coaching in 2009 to give women a 6-step, structured, repeatable decision making system.
I help women get their great ideas, and challenging questions, out of their head and into effective outcomes. Together, we eliminate paralyzing overwhelm, and fears, to create your dream life.
Many of the coaching programs that I personally invested tens of thousands of dollars in, were heavily weighted in mindset development strategy. I came away with tremendous insight, excitement and conviction, BUT NOT a systematic process for implementing, evaluating, and completing actions necessary to achieve my ultimate goals.
THAT WAS FRUSTRATING!
DESIGN U is a rigorous combination of both MINDSET and FOOTSTEPS.
