First and foremost, I am a woman of faith. My heart beats first for my Lord, then for my family, myself, and the community of amazing women that I serve.
I am "Mom" to three adult children, "Grammy" to six of my favorite people, and "Sweetheart" to my best friend - my husband, Mr. Handsome. I also enjoy the snuggles of our 4 fur babies.
I began my formal years of Life Coach training in 2007 and received certifications from the International Institute for Life Coach Training and Coach Training Alliance.
My additional training is extensive and ongoing in the areas of online entrepreneur development, personalized (recognizing bio-individuality) health and weight lifestyle design, career path strategies, empty nesting or newly single life decisions, and relationship navigation.
I love all things vintage, especially hats and purses!
Mr. Handsome and I hit the dance floor as often as possible - especially when we're traveling.
Travel and adventure constantly call to us and we say, "YES!" as often as possible.
I have been honored to work as a Respiratory Therapist and Health Care Leader for over 45 years.
I have been blessed to assist in ministry in local churches and, internationally in South Korea and on the Amazon in Peru.
